For Caterine Scorpus the clues are in her name- I based her partly on Catherine, the big warrior lady in Fire Emblem Three Houses, and with a touch of Scorpia from She Ra.

One trick I learned from another player who did a lot of glams was, you can click the "look at camera" button to set their eye position, then unclick it and rotate away so they're looking off camera. This often helps do fun little expressions.
