I suspect that they replaced the likable Valerie with the voice for Orin the Red. I bet Genshin fans WANTED this. They hate Nintendo so much that they will get every voice actor that worked on Fire Emblem Heroes and Pokemon Masters EX recasted and blacklisted in favor of shitty ones like Vic.
