Go ask football analysts what they expected from the ACC at the beginning of the season.
Tell them Clemson nor Miami didn't win or lose in the championship game.
Tell them a 5-loss team is the champion of the conference and will not be in the playoff.
Sit with them as they do grounding exercises.

I get that Georgia "had" to play another game and *may* have already had a bye even without playing in the SEC championship.
It still feels good to avenge our only loss this year, and it feels good for my team to be back-to-back conference champions.

It's true they may miss the CFP if they lose the SEC championship.
But it's really just another playoff game with a bye before playing 3 games.
