After reading that book, I got rid of my sleep tracker. The worry over getting good sleep kept me from getting good sleep. 😴

“Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker is a good read. Lots of good tips in there and none of them involve magnesium cocktails and nasal dilators. Mostly it’s get off your phone and get up at a regular time.

I remember the hardest critical thinking I did in school was for English. We would hand write out our quotes on index cards and lay them on the floor to build our essays. I still do that today for work. Miro and all those other whiteboard apps can’t replicate the spatial capabilities of a… floor.

I worry about this so much. Will critical thinking skills be reduced in the workforce 15 years from now?
