Till when can ppl stop using Mr./Ms. honorifics to address those who use they/them pronouns? I need a doctoral degree to fix this🫠this is how you get gender dysphoria just by reading an email🤯

I had a conversation with my ASD social skill therapist about whether should I include my neurodivergent life experience in my PhD application statements but still have no clue if it makes readers more inclusive or biased. Having to divulge my trauma to prove my research motivation sucks!😦
