An example of this is when I'm feeling unwell physically. It's not immediately clear to me that it's a physical sensation I'm experiencing. When I feel unwell, the lines become blurred, and I feel it on every level (physically, mentally, and emotionally). That confuses me. 😭

I could be experiencing an internal sensation, but it's never clear to me what it is and where it's coming from right away. It takes quite a lot of time for me to name what/how I'm feeling and where it's coming from. As if certain lines are blurred within myself.
