5-10% dose reductions when determining initial pace of taper. Shouldn't exceed 25% every 2/52

Check out BenzoBuddies.org: a peer support group / forum for people who aim to reduce their #benzodiazepine intake. BDZ tapering and withdrawal is notoriously difficult, glad to have found something to share with patients. Hope its helpful for those bravely taking on this challenge!

Check out BenzoBuddies.org: a peer support group / forum for people who aim to reduce their #benzodiazepine intake. BDZ tapering and withdrawal is notoriously difficult, glad to have found something to share with patients. Hope its helpful for those bravely taking on this challenge!
