WTF is he even trying to say? Illegality aside, 'totally destroying' a boat that is already disabled and sinking has zero tactical value -- and definitely less tactical value than salvaging the wreckage and capturing the survivors.

I don't understand why the prosecution would claim or object to a conflict of interest on the part of the defense attorney. How would such a conflict harm anyone except the defendant?
