Oh geez that's so much. I think in total our insurance spent 20k on the whole thing. We were genuinely sick before then, ended up in a psych unit from ER because they asked the wrong questions. Nobody seemed to believe us despite having 130+ tachycardia for days, losing weight and severe DPDR 😭

Hospitals in general are just wretched places to be. While we never got insults thrown at us, we were falsely diagnosed with things we didn't have and we also had to lie in order to get out. Never again
