YES!! The reason Concord failed is largely due to the ugly characters and forced diversity that even LGBT people didn't enjoy. Marvel Rivals makes their characters of a multitude of races & species either attractive, cool or cute to the eyes of average gamers. Visually it draws people in to play it.
