Platforms no longer attempt to improve the issue.
Being echo-chambers is the very goal. This is why I think it's vital as social media users to try to always push critical-thinking and neutrality, and not engage in echo-chamber building.
My biggest concern about this platform, assuming it actually takes off, is that it seems undeniably bad for the left and right to separate into discrete little echo chambers. I don't see how this doesn't make the "multiple realities" issue worse.

When I look at twitter, I see asocial behaviour and attitudes. But then I wonder, is it truly a product of twitter? I do not think so. I think the nature of anonymous social media inevitably leads to asocial behaviour being normalised. It gets progressively worse.

The most simplistic and underrated exercise is the humble push-up. You'd be amazed what you can achieve by simply cranking out hundreds of push-ups daily. Often superior to many strength routines in the gym. Rock solid core. Etc.

Bluesky is a good alternative to twitter but you can see the problems with some left "liberal" thinking here immediately. Very little honest discourse and insta-blocking for disagreeing views. Shows the polarisation in American politics.
