Last week, we released a fresh version (1.3) of our Global Dataset of Cyber Incidents. The new version is fully covering the years 2000 to 2024!

We included 3416 cyber incidents reviewed by our experts in the fields of politics, law and IT across 60 variables.

Our latest research paper examines the application of CDT measures by EU institutions/actors over the last 6 years, using a dataset of 243 measures taken between October 2017 and May 2023.

Our September Cyber Conflict Briefing is out!
We recorded 86 new #cyber operations. Incidents initiated by cyber proxies increased by 6% from August, with 17 cases attributed to China, North Korea, Iran, & UAE.
