Pleased to see Fiona McPhail presenting her research on Housing and Legal Aid to the Scottish Parliament HR&CJ Committee yesterday. Assisting on this project has provided valuable insight into the need for targeted legal aid provision in relation to Housing to meet demand and ensure sustainability.
