I've certainly found it much easier to stop & breathe before reacting to news etc now since coming away from there. Think we all needed reminding what a beautiful place the world really is & the majority of it's population are too.

I have a couple of thousand followers on the other side and nowhere near that on here but I'm so much happier on here.
