Someone on Twitter uncovered this newsreel footage of South Korean wrestling from 1965, apparently from a national tournament called "Pro-Kesuchua." It's like a hybrid of shoot-style wrestling and Taekwondo. Amazing stuff

Not the most shocking thing in the world, but Sayama vs Fujiwara from 9/11/85 features one of the best punches I've seen thrown in a wrestling match.
