I work in media and spend what little free time I have traipsing wherever I can afford to get to and photographing birds there.
I guess I'm stalking your posts! I just joined bluesky and you are the first bird photographer I followed! I LOVE this shot. I love this bird. I am going to try and capture some whooping crane photos later this week in the deep wilds of southern La. Only about 850 La. indigenous animals out there!

A cockaded! (Right?) where did you get that one? I went to a Nat. park in the south recently where they are supposed to be and I didn't see any birds at all!! Like 2 crows... still want a cockaded tho.
