Can you share pictures of the rest of the build? Can you confirm that your video cable is plugged into the GPU, not the mobo. The next step is to start figuring out what piece might be broken. Remove one stick of RAM, try booting. Maybe swap the GPU into another known good PC if you have access to 1

Does it sit on any of the lights after you turn it on long enough? Those lights will normally blink on/off as it boots up but then shine one constant light if something is having issues.
