I honestly have no clue what the point of any bot like that is other than to cause social tension, like you’d probably get more useful information from DMs, random email chains, or something like that lol

A lot of them are strange “agree to disagree” or “I disagree with your assertion” reply bots, pretending to be a reasonable person stirring discourse, like a much more muted version of twitter bots

It feels like they’re testing the waters, seeing how blatant they can be before bluesky removes them
