I would love to see a special or miniseries on Max where see Darby Allin gearing up to climb Mt. Everest. I think that be cool.

I know it may take some time, but I'd someday like to see a Big Bang Theory Next Generation with maybe Howard and Bernadette's children taking Leonard and Sheldon's old apartment. They were mentioned a lot in the original series. I think it would be cool to see them take the reins. Just a thought.
