Shout out to @mennos.bsky.social who pushed for this to get done this year, County staff who got on board, & City crews who installed. This 3-block paint job cost only $12k, but delivers big safety improvements.

Traffic safety camera pilot launches tomorrow. Signs and cameras are out now at initial locations. Glad to have this starting.

We celebrated Mpls & the Schools being awarded the national Vision Zero for Youth leadership award at Whittier School today. A great time on an example school street. A reminder of the good around us & the many people working to make our city better

My son on one of his last rides on Northstar on his way to meet his grandparents. His first-ever solo transit trip was on Northstar, so he has a special spot for it.
I understand the challenges with negotiating with the RRs & that makes adding a bunch of service hard. Still a bummer to lose
