Yeah, exactly. Times are tough, money talks; I don't blame anyone for taking those offers when their businesses struggle in NZ at the moment or they can't afford the $200-$300 weekly shop from the supermarket duopoloy.

If you're a builder wanting to move to Perth, the WA governement are offering a $10k grant for kiwis just to relocate there. Pair that up with lower cost-of-living and almost double the median salary, people would forgive alot of the stories mentioned there.

That get to set the narrative because the right side of the establishment welcome alternative news media with open arms; Charlie Kirk being the best example.

I did the same. Bluesky is the only social media app I use now.. I just can’t be apart of that trump-ass kissing circle jerk going on between Zuck, Musk and Bezos.

What a bs take. The Dems lost because they abandoned popular, progressive politics to capture a non-existent, old guard republican voting block.
