in the long run especially when I look back and feel I haven’t done anything fun recently. Maybe i’ll try reading to slow down, I’m getting a bike soon so that’ll help a lot too. I miss when I feel like binging something like a game.

Ahhh thank you for taking the time to write this out to me. You’re right I need to take back my time. I’m actually thinking of going back to school in the spring so I need to really enjoy my time right now. It’s okay to want to feel productive but spending all my time like that isn’t good for me
