I personally believe if we want to try and dress up using AI gen to "speed up production" as if that is the real concern, we should instead be more okay with reusing already existing assets made by actual humans, rather than generating from a pool of stolen assets at a massive energy cost

Any studio that says they're only using their own assets for an A.I. model is lying to you, likely intentionally.
Generative A.I. models require an insane amount of existing work to create anything that looks new and decent. Categorizing said data would take years.

Maybe I’m exaggerating but I feel like the current culture of entertainment being made for shareholders who are unwilling to take any “risks” has made it so a lot of series are unwilling to commit to characters dying. It sucks to have impactful death scenes undone because “the line must go up”.
