It's usually white people interpreting behaviors as anything but racism. They'll even say stuff like, "the way so and so treasts you is wild, I've never seen anything like it" but because they're not literally carrying a sign saying "I'm doing this cause I'm racist" they can't see the racism

I've worked really hard to separate myself from a grindset mentality.

That said - some things really do require some friction. If you want to build muscle, you have to lift heavy things and lifting heavy things is hard.

If you want to learn a language as an adult, learning a language is hard.

I do not like all this shock and awe over the Right’s brilliance I see at work and online.

and i am sure this begins when they’re young too. they are told that they deserve every opportunity and that if they do not get it it’s because it was taken from them by someone who was necessarily less qualified
