You know what worries me the most? That the pressure from the tech oligarchy, crypto bros and desperate Americans that don't understand the global economy will push the Dems to the right.

Being this desensitized to mass shootings is fucked up.
I should be worked up: innocent people are being taken away from loved ones.
But too many politicians are afraid to even suggest reasonable gun regulations because of the idiots that will yell "you're taking our guns away!".

I'm kinda uncomfortable with how comfortable we are with the "us vs. them" politics our 2 party system promotes.
Ultimately, shouldn't politics be about improving lives? Getting caught up in a party's wins and loses distract us from that shared goal.
