i think the biggest take away is that if your ONLY trans character feels weirdly othered from the cis characters along with feeling like nothing but a huge walking "trans rights!" with no indication of genuine character I'm going to be frank and say you made a caricature.

i think I'm just weirdly scornful because I get harassed for drawing trans characters like myself and friends meanwhile cis people get to draw us bordering on shallow caricatures and get away with it.

because we as trans people aren't viewed as humans who happened to be transgender, just transgender only. other trans people doing this I don't care but when cis people portray us like this it gets *concerning*

i think gnc trans characters are important no matter what but that aside, I feel like cis people gotta be careful especially if they wanna draw us gender non conforming and what gets me is the overt plastering of trans symbols and colors everywhere because it feels weirdly dehumanizing
