Same here ;w; Ngl i definitely had to relearn grass touching after being a shutin for a while :c atleast for me addiction to some platforms definitely played a part, had to cut youtube mostly out of my life otherwise if feel like i become more inert, the dopamine trickle isn't good for some brains,,

another consequence of that is often phones are the only way to socialize meaningfully since for the most part thats how most people pursue finding friends, and sometimes written social skills and in person ones just are on different levels depending on how reliant someone is on non-verbal cues ;w;
