If you meant it as 'fuck me whore', i suggest you go for 'baise moi mon beau'. It's not vulgar but it gets the job done for glamours vibes.

For the poison scenario, having an effect trigger on damage could do well for creative incentive.
Given your depiction it looks like you want an immersive sim more than a "tipical" RPG.
Have you tried 'Caves of Qud' ?
It bares a somewhat close resemblance to what you seek.
