i agree, i'm sort of new to this twitter/bsky format, i'm more of an instagram guy and i find it's much easier there to tell whether someone is actually who they claim to be than here, but maybe you're right.

yeah but smaller people like content creators usually don't have a personal domain, which opens a door for identity thieves and fake profiles
