It's already watered down & delivery is generally poor hence the recommendations. That aside qualified staff is an issue. I used to run A level Computing after school - had a guy doing all the pure programming, 2 hrs once a week, he was A maths lecturer at the OU, prior to that in industry,it worked

Id agree & worked in the UAE on ed reform for both gov & pri schs. Also worked on T standards for UAE (that's another story) Found the work rewarding, the people warm but they struggled with change. Financially we benefited which enabled choices we wouldn't have had ordinarily. Life is a compromise

All those places can only function on immigrant labour. The Emirate people have homes in UK, Eur & USA, they are educated in those same countries & receive their medical treatment there. Essentially they have lost their culture. The true Emirates are still Bedouin (Bidoon) & have no citizenship.
