Check out the Birds feeds on here. Seems to be plenty bird photographers on Bluesky but in the main not a patch on your pics.

Birch rots down very fast which is good. We often have a birch explosion after windblow which blankets the place. It's an adventure to see what unexpected things pop up giving a clue to past habitats.

Bit early for legging it. Probably pink footed geese. They move around a bit. They do seem to get more organised as the year moves on though. Got loads round here at the moment.
