notably the collection is important because the port of deathsmiles 1 on steam by itself is worse than the version included in the 1 + 2 port

the deathsmiles 1 and 2 collection is good for a bunch of different skill levels. they're both games where the skill floor 1cc is easy with a few sessions of practice and the skill ceiling 1cc is quite Real. deathsmiles 1 also has the Cave combination of manabu namiki on music and Junya Inoue on art
