I’m so glad I’m old, widowed and apart from a delightful son in law, have almost no men in my life😳

I’m not sure nurses give bed baths any more. It’s not the 1960’s and there are care aides who do that kind of work. Doctors have no idea how to keep all the monitoring equipment going, it’s nurses who run those and they’re all computerized as is the billing, scheduling, inventory etc.

Only if he doesn’t want to do the singing himself. I’m not a fan of biopics where the star does the singing.

My manual coffee equipment is an ancient black plastic Melita pour over. I make a pot and pour it into a vacuum carafe. It does require filters but I buy a couple of boxes when they’re on sale. I also have a moka pot and a cheap frother for a daily latte.

I hope Tylenol launches a massive law suit against these clowns.

Well I'm happy enough for both of us. They voted for this buffoon to be their president.

Only if it was still set in the 70’s. I love the vintage furnishings and clothes.

Cozy crime has always been popular as have geriatric sleuths, Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot come to mind immediately. Cozy crime has been around since Agatha Christie and continues to be popular. Midsomer Murders has been running on TV since 1997 and still in production.

My daughter and her family went to Montreal this summer instead of LEGOLAND in California and loved it. They're planning to go back next summer and I think I'll join them.

I've recently fired up my Kindle again and have been reading a lot. Love it that as one book ends, I can go shopping in my bed for another one and have it download in minutes. I also always have an audio book on the go for when my eyes are too tired to read any more.

They're clearly not very bright, she had already been deported once many years before and went back illegally yet again. Who did she think his plans applied to?

I bought a nice little bread machine 2 years ago and haven’t bought a loaf of bread since. I’ve since expanded to my own bagels and hamburger/hotdog buns. I’m sure that machine paid for itself very quickly.

I now am able to buy, in store, lettuce from Pitt Meadows, green house tomatoes from Surrey and all kinds of other actual local produce. I love knowing this has been trucked 10-20 km instead of thousands and the taste is sooo much better.

Yes, Amazon is my last resort when shopping now and I just scroll past anything to do with that ridiculous wedding.

This doesn’t sound right to me. When a driver chooses to use a street that’s also a designated bikeway they should expect that they may have to drive a little slower. I for one don’t want to cycle close to parked cars in case I get doored.

Unglazed pot?

Little muddy guy reminds me of my grandson when he was little. He loved jumping and squishing around in mud puddles.

I have a spider catcher that works well. I pick them up with it and put them outside. Picks up all kinds of bugs
