This is gonna sound like an ad, but I swear it's not. I just found these on tiktok recently and decided to pull the trigger on trying them. 10/10 would recommend, great flavor, 60mg caffeine and 20g protein per can, good amount of calcium and they are dairy free. A little pricey but worth it IMHO.
