No, when there are multiple fridges they use the one nearest to their location when you told them to cook. Eg. I click on Fridge A in the kitchen and ask my Sim to cook, but my Sim was in the bedroom so they will go to the mini fridge in their bedroom, then bring the ingredients to the kitchen.

Oddly the option only isn't allowed on stoves and ovens. It is fine on fridges even with more than two on the lot.

Odd because the Cook option works fine on fridges even with three or more on the lot.
