not exactly what you asked for, but my first thought was this guy, always loved this card, kind of a support piece for this kind of strat:

I think it WAS pollywog or chthonian nightmare pre-ban, but they got nerfed pretty heavily by bans

well, it was nadu if we include banned cards,pre-ban.

now I think I vote for red flare and/or vexing bauble. Close on their heels are surveil lands, mdfc-lands and talon gates.

It's probably cedh. Just came home from my first in person tournament and had a blast, even with long 14+ hour days

I feel like so many if my final fortune experiences go like:

I think bottom is Roalesk. Very fun and pivots between poison-storm like the pauper deck and voltron.

Highest is easy. Its Kenrith at #4

100% the right logic. ButnI guess there are a few that fit that description.

Mine is Roalesk

I think storm is by far the strengest. And iron man #2.

But Cap is the one I want to build. Like a mini-ardenn with built in removal and blue? Sign me up! Also 4/4 for 3.

I feel like it coencided with people feeling the need for a new word for the kind of "former reality tv star" brand of blogger/podcast guest etc.

But maybe it is like you said in another reply. Those might technically be "creatives" just in a way that we don't respect.

Oh. There was a sweet post on reddit like a year or or so ago where someone had a line with Xiahou that could win off entomb+reanimate broodlord with 0 mana floating and 0 other creatures.

Like fetch sacrifice -> Xiahou rebuys reanimate for broodlord. But now with BBB floating I think?

I agree, but discord does have threads right, so what is the difference really? Is it just UX stuff and culture?

it does feel completely different, but is that because it is for a technical reason? Or just because it is designed to be faster?
