ok i enabled the other version (i forgot what it was called) and it will let me submit for rank.!! only problem is I HAVE TO FINISH 10 CHARTS BEFORE I CAN SUBMIT ONE. IM SO FUCKING DONE WITH THIS THIS IS WHY I CHART IN ARCCREATE
