Don’t think it’s “nullification” when the AUSA presents such weak to nonexistent evidence of felony assault (don’t get me wrong, I’m all for jury/grand jury nullification) the grand jury here—doing its job! Hooray! A win for the rule of law

My son took the subway home to Brooklyn from his public school in Manhattan, leaving around the same time every day. He fell asleep once and a woman who saw him often on the same train woke him so he wouldn’t miss his stop. Stuff like this happens all the time. I❤️NYC
