My mantra : Everything Ends Eventually

I may get this tattooed on my body in an area visible to me a constant reminder.
Even the bad times, sadness, pain, they all have to end, thats how the world works.

Im working on verbalizing these feelings and not isolating when the depression creeps back in
so, this is me getting it out.

and pretending like it doesn't suck is a punishment of its own

when the entire system was created to harm your people you joining is just being another cog in the machine, you're just helping it run. you might try to disrupt it from the inside out but they will just replace you and keep moving.

hasn't occurred yet in American history, but keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.

it's like saying Black people should join the United States military to reform it from the inside out.

that's never going to happen.
