F&A is only one source of several types to repay the bond (note the maturity dates). State of NC’s AAA rating, UNC-CH’s AAA rating & UNC board of governors as the bond issuer for the UNC system = much higher levels of scrutiny on any bond issuance & rev. repayment structure than most public univs.
