In 1750 BCE, what is possibly history's oldest customer complaint was etched into a stone tablet. A man named Nanni bought copper from Ea-Nasir, who was apparently known for selling poor quality copper while passing it off as good. Other complaints have also been found in what may be Nasir' house 🗃️

God's grace is indeed boundless, extending beyond our failures and shortcomings. No matter how far we may stray or stumble, His grace is always there to lift us up, forgive us, and restore us. May we receive His grace and allow it turning our shame into gratitude and our weakness into strength.
