So Oedipus at The Old Vic is £150 - £210 per ticket in the Dress Circle... Really? And what if people from outside London want to see it so have travel costs on top? I thought theatre was supposed to be opening itself up to new audiences? Challenging stereotypes of it being elitist? Obviously not.
