Anyone mind in his right mind knew this was coming. I often hear Dems & the press speak of "the next 4 years." Trump's planning a lifetime in the WH, not a measly 4 years. He's gently throwing his plan out there in hopes the GOP will take up the banner for a 3rd term, his code for endless terms.
