Definitely an unintentional policy outcome with significant positive impacts. Making leases more attractive means that more people will lease and more EVs will depreciate to an affordable level. This puts EVs in the reach of working class folks with cars that are typically well kept.

If you convert the CRS reports to podcasts. I’d probably listen to a solid quarter of them. It’s my best method of absorbing information. Please do this! Just listened to the GAO version and I’m shocked at how good it came out.
