Definitely an unintentional policy outcome with significant positive impacts. Making leases more attractive means that more people will lease and more EVs will depreciate to an affordable level. This puts EVs in the reach of working class folks with cars that are typically well kept.

I’ve looked at your website and really appreciate that it exists! However, I tried to find your underlying data from CAISO, and couldn’t figure out how you acquire it. I’m not looking to replicate, just better understand your data. Do you have any background on it?

Genuinely curious, with 2 Qs. What was the courts reasoning? And isn’t the alternatives analysis sort of what order 1920 does, but in a more whole of context approach?

If you convert the CRS reports to podcasts. I’d probably listen to a solid quarter of them. It’s my best method of absorbing information. Please do this! Just listened to the GAO version and I’m shocked at how good it came out.
