there's a difference between someone having some paranoid beliefs and being driven by paranoia. obviously i acknowledge some of what hax said was paranoid, i just don't write off everything he says as paranoid delusions.

the worst accusation there is that leffen was making friends with people in hax's life to turn them against him. and that is obviously not a bannable accusation lol

those accusations fall under the categories of "ridiculous", "who cares", and "bad if true." I do not think hax should have been indefinitely banned for thinking leffen was out to get him and reading too much into shit. most people who saw those accusations knew he was being pretty paranoid.

for the second reply I was scrolled down and it covered the beginning of the tweet. first tweet still stands and yes, it's a ridiculous standard to shun people who make accusations of something without definitive proof. 2020 would not have happened if we did.

if the argument here is that you should be banned for making statements of fact about things you can't know like someone's intentions, your use of the word malicious would be defamation. not a very good principle imo.
