it’s hot as balls outside and my A/C isn’t really keeping up, so I don’t really want to overheat myself by turning everything on to stream. I think I have to cancel streams for at least today, possibly sunday and tuesday too, sorry

-made progress on cleaning up my apartment
-crossed 60lbs lost since last May
-paid off one of my loans that’s been haunting me for too long

last week I started running in the morning and this morning before work I ran a 5k in the rain before sunrise and then went to work afterwards

2nd year in a row completing all the Apple Fitness monthly challenges. this time it’s helped me lose 51.7lbs (and counting). gonna keep working hard and maybe have a “summer body” by the time summer rolls around
or not, who knows. I feel a lot better tho
