Cipher is the player’s callsign in Ace Combat Zero, and the F15C is the fighter featured for Cipher and their wingman “Pixy” - the livery there matches Cipher’s standard

Interesting - that could be the Invictus Blue & Gold livery missing the gold accents (many liveries aren’t displaying correctly in 3.24.2&3) or it could be the Vanguard Sentinel base paint with the same issue
