Escuelas Linux announces the availability of its Fix Pack 1 for version 8.11 64-bit, created to update the GIMP application to its current version 3.0.2. More info about it at:

Recently, the GCompris educational suite released its 25.0 version. However, the project stopped distributing native binaries for 32-bit Linux.

We managed to figure out how it works and what is required to make GCompris work on the 32-bit architecture, and it is now included in Escuelas Linux 8.11.
