and, well, yesterday i thought it sounded perfect and today it sounds awful to me 😑 so i have to re-record it and edit and all because i absolutely need it to be perfect even if it's a song that will be played very soflty under the narration. so that's where we're at it. just give me one day more 🫣

so yeah, can confirm it'll be delayed, hopefully i can post it tomorrow. you see, at first i thought i'd just put the og song the text cites as background for the scene in question, but noooo, i thought it would be better to record that song myself... 🙄

i haven't been able to edit chapter 12 yet, so it might be delayed.

fresh off the recording cave to say that i felt pretty good tonight so i just recorded chapter 15 and 16, reaching 87%! just one last session for the epilogue and i'll have everything recorded!! now i'll try to sleep for the few hours i have left because i promised to go work out at 9 😅

oh also i'm currently editing chapter 11. i already have everything in place and only need to listen back to it to make sure the pace is fine. i'll see if i can also edit chapter 12 while i'm at it, but that's probably gonna take a while 🤔
