Can anyone help me write a robots.txt file? My goal is to tell Google to stop crawling my website and only index pages in the sitemap. This is what I currently have, but various tools are saying this is blocking Google from indexing altogether.

My cousin's in the U.S Navy and he recommended I read a good book to learn how's the heat there (and how people develop discipline and confidence)! I will be the bookworm this month FR and I'm reading extreme ownership by Jocko Willink.
